Woodfuel-Gwynedd has successfully completed the first delivery to Ysgol Hafod Lon in Penrhyndeudraeth. The brand new thirteen million pound facility includes a large biomass boiler which will be running on our kiln dried wood chip, supplied directly from our base approximately 9 miles away.

The delivery method will make use of our Air blown delivery solution making for a safe, easy and clean delivery.

With wood sourced from local forests managed with a 100% sustainability policy and the short distance of delivery, this offers the most environmentally friendly solution to heating the school whilst also providing a boost to the local economy.  The total distance the wood will travel from forest to the school will typically be around 15 miles.
